KARATE INTERNATIONAL IS OFFERING A SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR MARCH AND APRIL 2022:

  • 4 consecutive weeks of classes - 2 classes per week (total eight sessions)

  • Cost $49 for the 4 weeks - all proceeds go to the Exeter Elementary PTO

  • 4 weeks start once you have made arrangements with Karate International (contact them at: 603-778-8475)

  • Make your check payable to Exeter Elementary PTO

  • Registration for Main Street School will be March 1 through March 31, 2022

  • Registration for Lincoln Street School will be April 1 through April 30, 2022



HERE ARE SOME OF THE TOPICS KARATE INTERNATIONAL WILL COVER:

  • How to develop and maintain a “whatever it takes” attitude

  • Why it’s important to take responsibility for your actions

  • How and why to develop self control

  • When you use good manners, everybody wins

  • How to avoid potentially dangerous situations

  • Who to ask for help – teachers, parents, and friends

  • What to do if you get lost & basic introductory self defense
